PRODUCT WARRANTY


One of Jetbeam Direct Store's most intrinsic philosophies is simple: if you stand behind the products we sell, we will, too.


Every product we sold is brand new and covered by the factory warranty(please see your product documentation for product-specific warranty information). Customers will contact Jetbeam Direct Store at sales@jetbeamstore.com for warranty service by providing their warranty card number, and a valid purchase invoice or receipt from Jetbeam Direct Store. Note a Jetbeam Direct Store order number or purchase receipt is required for all warranty service.



Warranty terms:

  • Removal and/or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on a product will void all warranty
  • All products must be returned in the originally sold condition. Products received by Jetbeam Direct Store for replacement that include 3rd-party attachments will be returned to the address on the package.
  • There must be no physical damage to any component that is caused by:
    • inadequate or improper repairs carried out by any person or entity which is not authorized by the manufacturer to perform warranty service on its behalf
    • negligence, accidents, modifications, defective installation or misuse and use of inappropriate spare parts
    • Damage caused by battery leakage
    • Failure or damage caused by fire, drops, or unauthorized modification or reconstruction
    • Without valid product warranty card, purchase invoice or receipt
